We hope you can join us for any of our Retreats!
Both you - the participant - and us - the host - make financial commitments to ensure these Retreats happen and it is our intention to be as upfront as possible about the cancellation process.
We hope cancelling is not something either of us ever has to do, but communicating and understanding our options upfront is the best way to make sure we’re on the same page. But if there are circumstances that require you - or us - to cancel one of our events, we want to lay out our policy so you know in advance and can plan accordingly.
Retreat Payment
The full balance is due upon reserving your place at the retreat.
Once your balance is paid, you will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
If YOU Cancel The Retreat:
If you cancel on or before 30 days prior to the Retreat starting date, you will receive a full refund, less a $99 USD processing fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the Retreat starting date, no refunds will be issued due to our financial commitments and obligations made based on your original registration enrollment.
All cancellation requests ahead of 30 days of the Retreat beginning must be made in writing to the host at this email address: [email protected] .
Retreat registrations and fees are not transferable to other people or events.
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. If you cancel your participation for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions, in order to honor our financial commitments to the venue and vendors.
If WE Cancel The Retreat:
If a Retreat is cancelled by the host, you will receive a full refund on your balance or deposit, or if preferred, a credit towards another Retreat.
We have never had to cancel a Retreat, however, if we do cancel one due to too few participants, we will refund you all deposits and payments you have paid. This decision will be made at least 30 days in advance of the Retreat.
Unfortunately, we cannot compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster, or an Act of God, we will only be able to refund you once we receive a refund from the venue.
To protect yourself and to reduce these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
COVID Policy = Travel Insurance Is Recommended – Just In Case!
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance, including COVID, is to purchase travel insurance.
